Hoisington's attorney filed motion for change of venue

Hoisington's attorney, Dale Slack, has filed a motion for a change of venue, citing reasons such as too much pre-trial publicity; claiming "an impartial trial cannot be held in Asotin County." The 60-year-old defendant was convicted of three Valley rapes between 1977 and 1991, two in Lewiston and one in Clarkston, resulting in a life sentence.
