Anglers traveling to North Carolina's Outer Banks will see significant changes to the coastline, a result of Hurricane Irene.

Traffic is now flowing normally across the Ranger Station Bridge at Oregon Inlet and through Rodanthe, Waves and Salvo all the way to Hatteras Landing.
